When you press Save calculation, we store the figures you entered, the client or estate name, your name, any notes, and the time it was saved. Nothing is stored when you only use the calculator without saving.
Saved calculations are public. Anyone with the link to this site can see them on the Saved calculations page. Don't include anything in a saved calculation that you wouldn't want others to read.
So the team can see, compare and reuse calculations that have already been done.
Saved calculations are kept until someone asks for them to be removed. Anyone can delete a saved calculation; deleted calculations stay in Recently deleted, where they can be restored, until they are removed for good on request.
