How this calculator works
  1. Select the market. The market door-life figure updates for context.
  2. Enter the client's actual annual door replacement rate. At 0%, replacement costs are left out completely.
  3. Adjust the inspection, quarterly check, remediation and replacement-saving assumptions.
  4. Parilon pricing uses the blended marginal tier model: doors 1–499 are charged at the Tier 1 rate, and each additional door is charged at the rate of the tier it falls in. Crossing a threshold doesn't reprice the whole estate.
  5. To keep a calculation, fill in the save details and press Save calculation. It then appears on the Saved calculations page for everyone.

Market life expectancy is a benchmark only. It doesn't assume every door is replaced at the end of that cycle and doesn't drive the ROI by itself.
